Timeshare Resale Companies List

There are three types of Resale Companies-

1. The Resale Brokerage, where most sales are between private individuals, buyers and sellers of Timeshare.
2. The Wholesaler/Marketeer, where most sales are of repossessed or distressed stock back to resorts, sales decks or to other marketers - not a resales brokerage as we understand it.
3. Resort/Developer linked, where a large porportion of the resale buyers and sellers are used as lead generation for their own resorts.
   

The modus operandi is different for each type so their charges to the consumer also differ. Most resale brokerages as in 2. above charge a fee usually to cover specific advertising, others as a marketing charge. Fees vary between £90 to £200 depending on the service offered. Make sure you know what you get for the money charged.
